I don't know if this was done on the Coli at all but ever since I watched the anime "Food Wars" I got into food more from an active place compared with before (just making what I was taught to make)
i think there is a big gap between normal cooks and true chefs but that show made me rethink the gap if you will. Cooking is not just for making the best tasting food possible but there are enumerous ideas with cooking depending on what you are trying to achieve
this lady is able to prepare meats that store for over a year. Normally I only consider cured meats as storage like jerky and hams but this is kinda interesting
