Lost all my Doom shyt to a EHD death, haven't rebuilt any of it yet, when I do though I'll keep this thread in mind, I had some pretty concise compilations and put together an ultimate version of Black Bastards sourced from all available options (there's songs that have better quality from the singles than any of the album rereleases)

Never thought about doing that. Makes total sense given that the album itself is taken from a promo cassette. Would welcome hearing that version for sure.

I'll start with that when I rebuild, theres some alt mixes of a few songs too from advances and white label singles and whatnot, I hope that one day chopped herring or someone can get there hands on the DAT tapes and remaster the album properly cause all the rereleases are still taken from the promo cassette as a source, its like yeah they can dehiss and bass boost but it's impossible to properly master it in that form.
