why does the site add a proxy url before images?

I posted

also no imgur url works me. I think they block that proxy ip.

Strange it lets you change it in admin but when I asked ChatGPT how the user changes it..it says it’s not a built in option. Requires an add on or code.

Thanks breh it’s saying signatures are enabled. See if anything changes on your end. I just realized that user titles were turned off, just turned them on.
 
Hmm from the looks of it I think you set the forum default to 50 PPP but I guess changing it is the add-on, but that's fine for me at least lmao

Can we have this mirror the coli and let us select smileys without having to open the menu? I kind of like the coli setup better asit seems more streamlined but the smiley thing is biggest issue for me.
 
Where is says ‘Member’ under the pfp I want to add my own tag there like back on the Coli, how do I do that? I can’t see it in the settings.

Click on account details and you should see user title. Let me know if it’s not there for you.

Anyone else experiencing thread kind of crashing when there are too many embedded media? Keep having this experience with the republicans getting sonned thread. Not sure if it's the site or my phone.

posting images via the site may have been convenient but it wasn't visible to guests and that truncated "attachment_XXXX" link in quoted replies was

. can't save the attachments as easy either. server space would have quickly filled up if a poster like Supreme posted here with those 40MB+ GIFS.

can you get s9e-media-sites working today? I don't think it works retroactively so all the links thats been posted to the site so far that the plugin would support won't show up as embeds. thecoli embed support is like 4 years old and being able to post newer sites and url formats could attract new members.
 
can't play videos within twitter embeds, it just opens a new tab with the twitter link.

Strange... it's loading for me while I'm logged in and not logged in. Can you try it in an incognito window?

And yeah we are looking into options to be able to upload right to our servers, depending on costs.
