Since my divorce I can hit up some Mickey Ds with no shame. I know it ain't good for me, but it's like a new thing to me after not having it for years. No body regulates what I eat anymore. But I don't over indulge on junk and fast food. Its more like a mid week treat every now and again. So that's what I ate for lunch today. A bacon quarter pounder with cheese and a medium fry. It's Wednesday so I do three miles once I get off work and will eat chicken breast and brown rice for dinner.

I'm starting to get concerned that multiple posters thought I'm being serious about eating sunscreen and which brand is healthier...all fucking around aside people should do their own research on ss, personally I'm not concerned about cancer causing agents cause that's in everything but, I do have concerns about the studies implicating it in blocking what we need from the sun as well. Personally I never wore sunscreen a day in my life, maybe as a baby unknowingly

As a snack, a handful. Maybe 47grams of raw almond. Also, two sticks of carrots

For dinner, I had a 20z steak with air fried potatoes

Lunch I had 200g pork loin and 200g plantain and 50g of delicious nuts instead of my typical 250g pork loin and 3 hard boiled eggs

Dinner I had new York style pizza

Don't ask about no macros cuz I'm about to go on vacation mode
