You look ridiculous when you say you're not African, but your DNA is 75% African.

You do not show ethnic pride when you disparage Africans and Caribbeans, you show self-hate.

It's one thing to have ethnic pride in national identity. It's another to use that to put down another group to raise up yours.

Africans, Caribbeans and Black Immigrants are not the enemy. There is an active Republican fascist administration in office with Donald Trump and they're trying to take the whole country back to the 1700s. But tariq nasheed and his ilk, have convinced a bunch of unsuspecting and good minded black folk, who seems should know better into hating Black immigrants who have zero power over their lives.

I am fully convinced this FBA stuff is a right wing psyop by Tariq Nasheed after copying what Yvette Carnell with ADOS. Only Tariq has no vision with FBA, it's just another grift, which he has trademarked. This might be the most destructive thing he has ever done. He now has Black people at each other's throats based off of xenophobia, paranoia, and bigotry while collective Black progress is being erased on numerous levels. I remember there was a thread of a video of a group of Africans chilling in Europe and one of them cats came on there talking about how it must stink and how bad it smells and his post had mad daps. That's when I stopped posting on the coli cause it legit started sounding like stormfront.

ADOS/FBA would be more effective if the end goal was actually about reparations, but it's not cause it's focused on this silly shit like whose ancestors are from wherever. A lot of their talking points will be used against them and they'll be cast, rather universally, as the "real racists". The manner in which a lot of what they are doing is similar to white supremacists, down to copying a lot of the same terms ("blood and soil" and so on). Their own arguments will be used to argue for their own inferiority. While they may say this has already been happening, one could still pushback and note the racist nature of said sentiments, defusing much of the rhetoric. Much of what they are doing is helping to shift the Overton window against themselves and help make it not only entirely acceptable to be openly and unabashedly racist and hateful towards them but also trendy. When that happens, action and policy will follow.

In short, what we have right now is not as bad as it could be. History has told us how bad it could be but I actually think we're sliding towards worse and this stuff is not helping. It's not helping anyone.

I used to think the same thing myself, but many of these FBA accounts are actual Black people. That's not to say that there aren't bad actors in digital blackface pretending to be FBA to stir up tension. They have definitely infiltrated the FBA cult.
 
If FBA was a celebration of Black American culture and all of the dope history that AAs created, it would be beautiful and something worth supporting.

Growing up in Miami as a Yank, I was always proud of my ethnicity (nation) same way my Islander friends were of theirs and we just got along, "everyone" did even chicos :manny:

It was just our history they taught in February, until 5th grade, they had the first Haitian Heritage Month in school, no one ever told us anything about their revolution

That day I found out I loved my race as much as my nation, we seriously need to appreciate our own cultures and differences first

Infiltrated? They made the cult. What part of that don’t you get? All this FBA/ADOS reparations nonsense was hatched up in white supremacist think tanks with the goal of fragmenting and neutralizing the Black vote. Notice how they don’t talk about asking Trump for reparations at all?
